years last past did at the will of the Parish and those rested
due

At
a vestry held in the Parish Church of Seagoe on Easter Monday the
10
th
day of April 1699
It was there enacted by the
Minster and Parishioners there present the sum of tenn Pounds so
to be levied of the inhabitants of the said Parish for making two new
windows and pulpit cloth and other necessaries and that Edward
Stevenson and John Binks shall be Churchwardens for the present
year and John Robson shall be surveyor of the highway from Kilvergan
River to Edenderry; William Dixon and Robert Black to stand surveyors
from Knockbridge to Lylo and from Robert Blacks to John Binks; John
Farthlo
to stand surveyor from Portadown Bridge to Bocombra and from John
Binks to Seagoe
Church
and from the Kings Road on through Edenderry to Seagoe; Mr John
Mathers from Mr Dynes’ Hill to Killicomaine and then is by the
Church and from Blue Stone to Lowmills and George Thompson from
Killvorgin River to the long plain James Clarke
