At a Vestry held in the Parish Church of Seagoe held for the said Parish on the 13 th day of November 1731 it was ordered and agreed upon by the Minister, Churchwardens and Parishioners then present

a Vestry held in the Parish Church of Seagoe held for the said Parish
on the 27
th
of December 1731 it was agreed upon by the Minister, Churchwardens
and Parishioners then present that the Church Cess laid on the Parish
of Seagoe for this year 1731 be applotted on the Parishioners and
Landholders of the said Parish as formerly by the years value except
the manor of Kernon which was equalised by Act of Vestry; and that
the said manor pay its part of the Cess accordingly as formerly and
that the whole be applotted by Woollsey Smurphett immediately.
The
Church Cess laid on the Parish at several times amounts to 9 – 8 –
