Monday February 6th 1893

A meeting of General Vestry, duly convened, for beginning the Annual Revision of the Register of Vestry men was held on the above date.

Present

The Archdeacon of Dromore in the chair.

Messer’s George Calvert_ Thomas Montgomery, Joseph Monroe, Wm. McCann and James Albin.

Nine persons removed from Register on account of death or removed from parish.

Meeting adjourned to next meeting of Vestry on Monday 27th March next.

Meeting of Select Vestry held present as above.

The collecting Books for receiving the annual subscriptions of the Parishioners to the sustentation Fund were presented and their several books given to the collectors present.

It was agreed that the chairman would draw up and have printed the usual circulars to the collectors, urging them to endeavour to obtain subscriptions to the Fund from the Parishioners who have not contributed yet to it and increase of subscriptions where possible.

Monday the27th of March was appointed for the next meeting of Vestry at which the subscriptions should be paid into the Treasurer to entitle the subscriber to be registered.

It was proposed by Mr George Calvert , Seconded by Mr Thomas Montgomery and adopted that the meeting of the Annual Vestry be held in Parochial School House on Easter Monday next at 11.30am.
