Resolution, and desire that a Brass Plate in addition the earlier and subsequentmunificence of the Blacker Family, as set forth in the proposed inscription, be processed and placed in the Church, at the expense of the Parishioners of Seagoe, as a Record of their gratitude to these Benefactors. “

It was proposed that this meeting of Vestry be adjourned to Friday next Oct. 8^th. inst. At 7.30 O’clock, to consider the mode of procuring subscriptions to this Blacker Memorial.

The Parish was subdivided into districts and collectors appointed to receive subscriptions had already received £6.10.00 towards the estimated cost (£30); Subs to be returned in a Tuesday 5^th Nov. inst. to which date the Vestry was adjourned.

Tuesday 5^th Nov.Only Messrs Geo. Calvert and Joseph Monro with Dean of Dromore Only attended, no meeting held.

Afterwards meeting of Vestry convened for Monday 2^nd. December to receive the balance of subscriptions to the Blacker Memorial Fund.

1896

Tuesday: 4^th February – meeting of Select Vestry to Revise Registry of Vestrymen Messrs. Geo. Calvert, Jas. Albin, A. Macroun and Joseph Monro.

The Register gone over carefully, and 23 names were removed from same, from death, removal from parish , deficiency of subscriptions , and 33 were added to same, with net result of 775 registered for present year.

Arrangements were made for receiving the subscriptions to the sustentation Fund for 1895. Vestry adjourned to Monday March 23^rd inst.
