After description about the sustentation Fund and its present unsatisfactory condition – showing a deficiency of £30. 15. 00 to the annual requirement of £125, for salary of Curate, and the general that a more frequent collection of the subscription would be desirable, it was proposed by Mr. Archibald Mackenzie , seconded Mr. Abraham Macoun and unanimously adopted:-

“ That for the future the Parochial subscription to the sustentation Fund shall be collected quarters for the year commencing 1st April next
