Minutes of Select Vestry, Parish of Seagoe.

On 7^th May 1900 a meeting of select vestry was held in Seagoe School House. The Very Rev. The Dean of Dromore in the chair.There were also present,Rev. Dr. Quirk (Curate), Geo Calvert, James Albin, John Montgomery, N R Atkinson and Joseph Monro.

The meeting was summoned in connexion with the Yearly Accounts, Sustentation Fund a/c.

It was proposed by Mr. Geo Calvert, seconded by Mr. James Albin that the Belfast Banking Co be informed that Mr. Wolsey, R. Atkinson will in future sign cheques on Seagoe Sustentation Fund a/c in lieu of Mr James Atkinson resigned.

A receipt was produced by the Dean for payment of £281. 5. 0 a/c cost of new organ, to Messrs. Forster and Andrews of Hull, the builders, leaving balance due to them of £75 as per contract and a balance in Bank to Credit of Fund after payment of all expenses, of £70. 16. 0.

It was proposed by Mr James Albin and seconded by Mr. James Montgomery that the expenses connected with Organ Fund, amounting to £7. 2. 1. be paid.

It was resolved the Annual Report be Printed and Circulated as soon as possible.
