A meeting of the Select Vestry was held on 10 July 1901 – Present, The Very Rev. The Dean of Dromore, in the Chair, Wilson Irwin, James Collins, Thomas Stothers, George Calvert, R. J. James, Joseph Morris and Rev. N.J. Grey, Curate.
The accounts for the past year to Easter 1901 were submitted and passed and it was agreed the Treasurers accounts should be audited by Rev. N.J. Grey as soon as convenient on the proposition of Mr Calvert seconded by Mr Stothers.
The Secretary was requested to inform William Reid, Contractor for Schoolmaster’s new house that the fine under the contract, would be enforced if the work be not at once completed.
Mr Wilson Irwin kindly undertook to receive subscriptions to the Choir fund for current year.
