19020421 21st April 1902 Select Vestry meeting

A meeting of the Select vestry was held on 21 April 1902. Present the very Rev’d, The Dean of Dromore-in the chair-Geo Calvert, Thos. Stothers, W.T. McDowell, Jas. Collins, Jas. Albin, W.R.Atkinson , John Montgomery, Thomas Martin, John, Geo. Gracey.

Chairman stated that the first payment of 17/6 was paid on..........on account of loan from Board of Works for building Schoolmaster’s new residences and a second payment of £2.13.9 and 1/9 fire insurance was made on 19 April 1902.

In pursuance of notice Mr Atkinson proposed that the date when payments on accounts of sustentation funds shall be considered due, shall in future be the 1 Nov and that the collection shall close on 31 Dec in each year. The motion was passed unanimously.
