19030415 15th April 1903 General Vestry meeting

Annual Vestry, Easter 1903

The Annual Vestry meeting was held on Wednesday 15 April 1903 when the Very Revd the Dean of Dromore presided; also present Revd W. J. Grey, Revd Edward Jennings, Joseph Murray, Thomas Stothers, W. J. McDowell, James Collins, Wilson Irwin, Geo Calvert, Jos Monro, Thomas J. Montgomery, John Montgomery, W. R. Atkinson, and Alexander Best.

The accounts for the year were read and explained by the Dean and Mr Atkinson, Treasurer.

It was proposed by Mr Wilson Irwin and seconded by Revd W. J. Grey and carried that the elections be made by ballot. Revd E. Jennings and Mr Thomas Stothers acted as scrutineers.

The following appointments were made – Parochial Nominators – Revd Canon Blacker, Geo Calvert and Wolsey R. Atkinson.

Diocesan Synodsmen – Wolsey R. Atkinson, Joseph Murray, Thomas J. Montgomery, Wilson Irwin, Rector’s Churchwarden, Thomas J. Montgomery,
