A meeting of Select Vestry was held on 21 March 1905 when there were present Revd. James E. Archer (in the Chair), George Calvert, Thomas Stothers, John Montgomery, James Albin, Wilson Irwin, Thomas Martin and Mr R. Atkinson.
Mr Richard Lutton’s a/c for £44.11.6 having been submitted, it was proposed by Mr George Calvert and seconded by Mr Thomas Martin, that he be asked to allow the portion due on a/c of New Stables to stand over and that he be paid the balance – Passed.
The sustentation fund collectors and others throughout the Parish were invited to attend this meeting to organise the mode to be adopted for collecting Auxiliary fund subscriptions. There was only a small attendance of those summoned but appointments were made for each division in the hope that the parties appointed would see their way to act.
